About the role
- Mapping, analysis and improvement of processes
- Support for automation, documentation and standardization of systems and workflows
- Monitoring projects using a predictive (waterfall) methodology
- Use of Microsoft Project to support planning
- Tracking project indicators and KPIs
- Requirements gathering, support for functional testing and validations
- Preparation of reports, executive presentations and supporting materials for stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
- Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Project Management or related areas
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of project management, preferably with predictive methodologies
- Experience in project controls and scheduling in Microsoft Project
- Intermediate-level Excel
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and process modeling
- Knowledge of construction management
- Knowledge of CAPEX management
