Provider Onboarding Associate – 1099 Contract

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate or co-facilitate live onboarding meetings via Zoom
- Serve as a key point of contact for new providers
- Respond to inbound provider emails in a timely manner
- Host Zoom troubleshooting sessions for new providers
- Monitor provider pre-onboarding tasks and flag at-risk providers
- Assist with maintaining onboarding documentation and tracking progress
- Support a warm, neurodivergent-affirming onboarding experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in mental health, healthcare, or clinical operations
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Healthie, Slack, Notion, and Zapier.
- Ability to manage email volume and prioritize without supervision
