About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run ~500 outbound calls and ~1,000 emails per week through Scout's worklist
- Have warm, consultative first conversations with licensed psychologists
- Book interested candidates into interviews; log every outcome
- Hit weekly activity and booking targets (live-connect rate, interviews booked)
- Give us feedback on what's landing and what isn't with actionable notes, so we improve the message
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years in a high-volume outbound role: SDR/BDR, recruiting/sourcing, inside sales, or phone-based fundraising/admissions
- Genuinely comfortable on the phone
- Organized and consistent; you can run the same sequence 100x/week without dropping follow-ups
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Coachable and metrics-driven; you want to see your numbers and beat them
- Bonus: experience recruiting clinicians, healthcare; familiarity with a CRM/sequencing tool
