Key responsibilities & impact

Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
Join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community
Enjoy scheduling flexibility and design your work schedule to accommodate personal needs
Provide 25+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 25+ clients for full-time
Access regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
Telehealth experience preferred but not required
