About the role
- You are the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and are responsible for telephone and written customer communications
- You provide advice on our range of (care) aids and assist people who require help or care in finding the right product to make everyday life easier
- You handle inquiries and orders professionally and respond to customer needs
- You record care-relevant data in our CRM tool / Salesforce
- You actively contribute to providing the best possible care for our customers and take an active role in the continuous development of our offerings
- You actively and willingly participate in the improvement of internal processes and structures
Requirements
- Ideally, you already have some experience in customer service
- Desirable — but not mandatory — is experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., as a medical assistant)
- You have a quick grasp, are reliable, and work carefully
- You enjoy advising customers — customer consulting is your forte
- Positive attitude and openness
- Team player
- You have excellent German language skills and a clear, articulate manner of expression both verbally and in writing
- Confident use of PC and MS Office / CRM programs is a matter of course for you. Experience with Salesforce is an advantage but not a requirement
