About the role
- You are the primary point of contact for all customer concerns
- You advise customers on our range of (care) aids and products
- You professionally receive and process inquiries and orders
- You record care-related data in our CRM tool / Salesforce
- You actively contribute to providing the best possible customer support
- You actively participate in the further development of internal processes and structures
Requirements
- Ideally, you already have some experience in customer service
- Experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., medical assistant) is desirable but not required
- You have a quick grasp, are reliable and work carefully
- You enjoy advising customers
- Positive attitude and openness
- Team player
- You have very good German language skills and a clear, articulate way of expressing yourself, both spoken and written
- Comfortable use of PC and MS Office / CRM programs is a matter of course for you
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage but not a requirement
