About the role
- Actively acquire new customers and build long-term B2B partnerships in the healthcare sector (e.g., care facilities, healthcare providers)
- Develop and implement sales strategies together with the team to increase revenue in the B2B segment
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with marketing, product management, IT, administration and customer service to continuously optimize customer processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field; alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with relevant sales experience
- Several years of experience in B2B sales (3–5 years), preferably in the healthcare or care sector
- Desirable: Certifications in Key Account Management or Sales Excellence
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to attend customer meetings off-site
