Content Marketing Manager

• Lead platform-specific content strategy and production across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, targeting approximately 40+ net new video and static posts per month
• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form content for organic and paid channels, owning the full lifecycle from ideation through post-production; lead content capture for campaigns, always-on needs, and brand moments including photoshoots and events
• Manage freelance designers, editors, and external partners; oversee pre-production planning (shot lists, props, capture plans) and end-to-end content workflows
• Partner with Creative Strategy, Copy, Growth Marketing, Social, Influencer, and Project Management teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and efficient execution across workstreams
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback with a solution-oriented approach
• Translate cultural trends, audience insights, and performance data analysis into platform-native narratives; apply testing frameworks to continuously improve engagement and conversion
• Build and maintain brand toolkits, visual guidelines, and scalable systems to support high-volume content creation
• Stay current on AI and emerging tools in the creator space; test and implement solutions that improve workflow efficiency and creative quality

Manager, Paid & Social Content Creation

Account Manager

• Own and evolve Prose's brand advocacy strategy across owned channels, loyalty touchpoints, ambassador programs, and advocacy initiatives
• Build and manage a micro and mid-tier creator community rooted in genuine brand affinity — prioritizing long-term relationships and authentic advocacy
• Develop clear criteria and a scalable process for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing community creators and brand advocates leveraging tools and AI sources
• Plan, manage, and execute brand experiences end-to-end — from intimate community gatherings and activations to larger-scale brand moments and industry events
• Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships and co-marketing collaborations that drive awareness and affinity with target audiences
• Partner with Brand, PR and Social teams to amplify authentic community content and advocacy moments across owned and earned channels
• Leverage internal tools such as CreatorIQ, Nectar Social, etc. to track, analyze, and report on the health and performance of community initiatives, events, and partnerships — translating qualitative signals and quantitative data into actionable insights
• Manage event and partnership budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics with precision and attention to detail
• Serve as a brand ambassador externally, representing Prose at industry events and in partner conversations

Manager, Brand Advocacy – Partnerships

Procurement

• Serve as the primary procurement point of contact with contract manufacturing procurement teams.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure purchase orders and production schedules are aligned with Prose business priorities.
• Monitor production readiness and proactively resolve procurement, supplier, or operational issues that may impact batching schedules or on-time finished goods delivery.
• Partner with Supply Planning and Operations teams to align production priorities and manufacturing timelines.
• Support new product launches, reformulations, and production ramp-ups across contract manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with R&D and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of formulation or supplier changes.
• Ensure purchase orders in NetSuite are accurately maintained and updated to reflect the latest production schedules and changes from contract manufacturing partners.

Procurement Manager – Contract Manufacturing

Creative Strategist

• Own the end-to-end creative and channel strategy for performance marketing across paid channels (Meta, Google, AppLovin, Pinterest, etc)
• Build and maintain a creative testing and optimization framework, using insights (customer, competitive, etc) to continuously improve performance
• Partner with Brand, Creative, and Growth teams to ensure creative is aligned, on-brand, and channel optimized to meet KPIs
• Partner with Creative team to scale internal creative production capabilities, with a focus on video to drive creative diversification and aid pipeline health
• Translate business and growth objectives into clear creative roadmaps, briefs, and testing plans to hit CPA targets and drive relevance with high LTV customers
• Use AI tools to enhance workflows for ideation, iteration, and creative testing
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two in-house strategists, setting clear priorities and expectations
• Manage 3+ external agency partners, including onboarding, scope alignment, budget, performance management, and feedback
• Collaborate with the Influencer team to craft and refine briefs for UGC and testimonial video content
• Oversee the development and delivery of high-performing creative assets, ensuring quality, consistency, and speed
• Analyze creative performance and communicate learnings and recommendations to Growth, Brand, and executive leadership stakeholders
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the paid social creative team
