About the role
- Manage and support a caseload of at least 100 apprentices across programs such as electricians, construction craft laborers, and operators
- Track progress in Related Technical Instruction and completion of the ProScore curriculum modules
- Coordinate logistics and provide ongoing support to apprentices throughout their program participation
- Register apprentices in the ProScore portal and ensure required documentation is completed and signed
- Maintain accurate program records and assist with compliance reporting
- Collaborate with instructors and external training partners delivering instruction through: NCCER and Pearson
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and improve apprentice outcomes
- Support new initiatives and process improvements as projects evolve
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in workforce development or training administration
- Proficiency with workplace productivity tools including: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt as new projects and responsibilities emerge
