About the role

  • Design, implement, and support integrations between Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Proscia’s Concentriq digital pathology platform
  • Responsible for building and maintaining HL7-based interfaces
  • Collaborate with internal product and implementation teams
  • Work directly with customer technical stakeholders to ensure seamless, reliable data exchange across complex laboratory environments
  • Evaluate client information systems that may need to interface with Concentriq
  • Implement integration solution utilizing documented product procedures
  • Work with Implementation Project Manager to establish project interface milestones
  • Manage interface components of the project plan and ensure timelines are met
  • Resolve complex customer issues using IT concepts and/or business unit objectives
  • Educate customers on Proscia’s interface implementation process
  • Assist customers with HL7 message review and initial testing
  • Provide second-level support for complex interface-related issues
  • Participate in Customer Success project meetings, providing status updates and escalating issues
  • Provide interface-related training to QA and Customer Service Engineers

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of interface implementation and product development experience within a healthcare information systems vendor or provider environment
  • Working knowledge of HL7 standard and application of the standard to a variety of ADT, Order, and Results interface integrations
  • Business or technical presentation or teaching experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as be an active, engaged team member
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with executive, technical and non-technical individuals within and outside of Proscia
  • Project management experience highly desirable
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with Iguana or similar interface engine (ex. Mirth Connect)
  • Ability to travel (approximately 10-20%) across the EMEA region
  • Familiarity with Rest API is a must
