About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the company’s global accounting function through US GAAP/IFRS application
Research and document accounting conclusions for complex/non-routine transactions
Prepare technical accounting memos
Monitor and assess impact of new accounting standards
Ensure consistency of accounting policies across global entities
Assist in preparation and review of consolidated financial reporting
Partner with Tax and external advisors on transfer pricing
Review non-standard contracts and advise on accounting implications
Support external audit process through preparation of technical documentation
Maintain robust documentation supporting accounting positions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
ACA / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent) preferred
4–7+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to technical accounting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP (IFRS exposure beneficial)
Experience with technical accounting research and memo preparation
Understanding of global accounting topics (revenue recognition, intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, FX, debt/equity transactions, and consolidations)
Experience working with auditors and external advisors
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) and close automation tools
