About the role
- At Prosci LATAM: strategic vision and proven experience in organizational transformation projects, supporting technological, cultural, and organizational restructuring changes
- Serve as a methodological reference for the practice and guide junior profiles in the execution of key projects
- Lead strategic change management projects across different industries and regions
- Design and implement comprehensive change strategies (communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, sustainment)
- Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders
- Ensure methodological quality
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and lead lessons-learned and improvement sessions
- Promote alignment between business strategy and execution
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading Change Management projects
- Solid experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders, adapting change strategies to different organizational contexts
- Prosci Certification (highly desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools (required)
- Strong skills in consultative leadership, strategic thinking, risk management, and effective communication
