About the role
- Support the NAMER Marketing Team in planning and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Training team to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Drive demand generation for Prosci enterprise offerings in partnership with the Regional Sales team.
- Assess regional performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for key enterprise accounts.
- Support marketing activities to drive registrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Must have 2+ years of professional services marketing in a B2B setting.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting.
- Experience supporting sales teams, including lead generation, nurture programs, and pipeline contribution.
- French-speaking proficiency is an asset.
