Serve as the technical accounting authority for complex transactions
Develop and maintain a structured contract review process to assess accounting implications
Interpret evolving accounting standards and assess impacts to the organization
Support the development and implementation of global accounting policies, controls, and compliance frameworks
Lead preparation and maintenance of complex global financial analyses
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities related to technical accounting and financial reporting
Serve as a key liaison for external auditors
Design, implement, and enhance global controls for compliance
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and other stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including significant technical accounting responsibility
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong experience with ERP systems
Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Demonstrated experience supporting audits, lender reporting, and complex accounting analyses.
