About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple, fast-moving Private Equity projects, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency.
  • Coach and support Project Leads through complex, niche, or time-sensitive briefs.
  • Use performance data to spot delivery issues early and continuously improve how work gets done.
  • Maintain high standards across compliance, process, and client experience.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for PE clients, from deal teams through to senior partners.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding investment strategies and portfolio needs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts, expand into new funds or regions, and deepen existing partnerships.
  • Work closely with commercial and delivery teams to turn client insight into action.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of client services professionals (from Associate to Team Lead).
  • Create an inclusive, high-performance culture with clear expectations and regular feedback.
  • Plan team capacity and resourcing to meet demand without compromising quality.
  • Support career development and progression as the PE team continues to scale.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Key previous experience needed for this role includes:
  • - Background in Expert Networking or a similar client-driven business.
  • - Proven experience operating in high-pressure, high-pace, target-focused environments.
  • - Strong people leadership experience, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • - Experience owning client relationships and successfully expanding client accounts.
