Manager, Client Services – Private Equity
proSapientClient Services Manager leading private equity projects at proSapient. Overseeing project delivery and maintaining client relationships while leading a high-performing team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the delivery of multiple, fast-moving Private Equity projects, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency.
- Coach and support Project Leads through complex, niche, or time-sensitive briefs.
- Use performance data to spot delivery issues early and continuously improve how work gets done.
- Maintain high standards across compliance, process, and client experience.
- Act as a senior point of contact for PE clients, from deal teams through to senior partners.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding investment strategies and portfolio needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts, expand into new funds or regions, and deepen existing partnerships.
- Work closely with commercial and delivery teams to turn client insight into action.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of client services professionals (from Associate to Team Lead).
- Create an inclusive, high-performance culture with clear expectations and regular feedback.
- Plan team capacity and resourcing to meet demand without compromising quality.
- Support career development and progression as the PE team continues to scale.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Key previous experience needed for this role includes:
- - Background in Expert Networking or a similar client-driven business.
- - Proven experience operating in high-pressure, high-pace, target-focused environments.
- - Strong people leadership experience, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams.
- - Experience owning client relationships and successfully expanding client accounts.
