About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Write messaging and copy for Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, tailoring content to strategic accounts and audiences.
  • Create long-form marketing content such as blogs, product guides, eBooks, and white papers that educate and engage enterprise buyers.
  • Partner with executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content, including bylined articles, POV pieces, and industry perspectives.
  • Develop content for events and experiential marketing, including promotional messaging, presentation content, and supporting collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with Design and cross-functionally with Campaign Strategy, Product Marketing, Events, Field Marketing and other stakeholders to bring content and campaigns to life.
  • Maintain consistency with PROS brand voice and messaging guidelines across all content and channels.
  • Repurpose long-form content into supporting assets for campaigns, events, and digital channels.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Leverage AI tools to support research, ideation, and content repurposing while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in copywriting or content development
  • A strong portfolio that includes campaign copy, long-form content, and thought leadership
  • Experience interviewing executives or subject matter experts and ghostwriting content
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and translate them into engaging, human-centered narratives
  • Experience writing blogs, product guides, eBooks, white papers, and other long-form content
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with cross-functional and asynchronous team members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with AI tools that support content creation and scaling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
