About the role
- Installing IT systems and implementing solutions within the company, as well as setting up network architectures and servers
- Procuring and maintaining IT systems and specialist applications
- Providing workstation equipment and installing software
- Using network monitoring tools and performing system monitoring
- Creating system documentation and conducting training sessions
- Implementing and testing measures for IT security and system availability
- Applying business management and control tools in the service desk
- Planning, preparing and executing IT projects related to workplace hardware and software as well as network systems
