Supports day-to-day operation within the team interfacing directly with clients
Creates client estimates, plans, and manages budgets and deadlines
Works with internal and external resources such as translators and editors
Ensures high-quality end results by utilizing localization and project management software
Manages project specifications and resolves issues
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in Project Coordination or Project Management
Translation and localization industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in translation or linguistics preferred; or 3-5 years of previous project experience in lieu of college degree
Fluent in English and one additional language preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF
