About the role

  • Contributes to the PV long-term vision, as well as strategic targets in support of the PV service line.
  • Drives operational goals by formulating targets for the support teams.
  • Leads the PV proposal process and maintains industry awareness of requirements and trends.
  • Regularly informs Executive Management regarding issues, progress, and developments within the teams.
  • Participates in management of the PV budget and monitors financial results.
  • Coaches and guides colleagues, providing real-time feedback to foster growth in employees.
  • Identifies and manages problems, risks, and bottlenecks in work processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, or project management, preferably in the CRO industry.
  • Experience in supporting and writing RFI and RFP responses.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain complex concepts to non-finance professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert in Excel and Excel-based pricing tools; VBA experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry.
