About the role
- Contributes to the PV long-term vision, as well as strategic targets in support of the PV service line.
- Drives operational goals by formulating targets for the support teams.
- Leads the PV proposal process and maintains industry awareness of requirements and trends.
- Regularly informs Executive Management regarding issues, progress, and developments within the teams.
- Participates in management of the PV budget and monitors financial results.
- Coaches and guides colleagues, providing real-time feedback to foster growth in employees.
- Identifies and manages problems, risks, and bottlenecks in work processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, or project management, preferably in the CRO industry.
- Experience in supporting and writing RFI and RFP responses.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain complex concepts to non-finance professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert in Excel and Excel-based pricing tools; VBA experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry.
