Facilitate design reviews that end in decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of digital product design experience shipping responsive web applications, ideally including B2B or operational software.
Strong interaction design, and visual design foundations.
Portfolio showing end-to-end work on complex problems, with thinking, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
Navigate feedback without losing design integrity.
Ship high-quality work inside sprint commitments.
Fluency with qualitative and quantitative methods for measuring user value.
