About the role

  • Generating new business and promoting our advertising solutions to real estate professionals
  • Identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, presenting our services, and supporting the onboarding of new customers
  • Managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Conducting virtual meetings, demos, and follow-ups with interested prospects
  • Assisting in onboarding new clients and coordinating with internal teams
  • Achieving sales targets and reporting weekly progress to your manager
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate offerings
  • Following Properstar’s processes

Requirements

  • The candidate must speak fluent English
  • Fluent Croatian would be a strong asset
  • Previous experience in sales, advertising, or the real estate industry preferred
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
