About the role
- Generating new business and promoting our advertising solutions to real estate professionals
- Identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, presenting our services, and supporting the onboarding of new customers
- Managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Conducting virtual meetings, demos, and follow-ups with interested prospects
- Assisting in onboarding new clients and coordinating with internal teams
- Achieving sales targets and reporting weekly progress to your manager
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate offerings
- Following Properstar’s processes
Requirements
- The candidate must speak fluent English
- Fluent Croatian would be a strong asset
- Previous experience in sales, advertising, or the real estate industry preferred
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
