• Prospect and reach out to real estate agents, brokerages, and developers to promote Properstar’s advertising services
• Explain the value of Properstar’s platform, tools, and international reach to prospective clients
• Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM system (HubSpot)
• Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and follow-ups with interested prospects
• Assist in onboarding new clients and coordinating with internal teams when needed
• Achieve sales targets and report weekly progress to your manager
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate offerings and answer questions
• Follow Properstar’s processes, including tagging, pipeline management, and outreach cadences

• Monitor client accounts to ensure services are active and payments are up to date.
• Identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients, including product walkthroughs and training sessions.
• Review and process cancellation requests in accordance with company policy.

• Develop and implement a full-funnel Meta ads strategy tailored to Properstar’s target markets.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and acquisition.
• Analyse campaign data, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve ROI.
• Work closely with the CPO and marketing team to align paid social efforts with broader marketing objectives.
• Advise on and help create ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign impact.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
