About the role

  • Manage the entire end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts, ensuring robust pipeline management with a focus on a healthy mix of early, mid, and late-stage opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to engage healthcare organizations including hospitals, health systems, and EHS/OHS departments.
  • Prospect for potential customers using a variety of tools and methods (calls, emails, networking) and manage the sales funnel through CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Track and communicate market trends and competitor insights. Continuously update knowledge of customers’ operational challenges and priorities to effectively align our solutions.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of EverCheck and Immuware solutions. Confidently present and communicate the technology benefits of our Healthcare IT and SaaS solutions, tailoring the value proposition to client needs.
  • Lead the bid and tender processes, including needs qualification, vendor selection, quoting, and closure to meet ambitious sales targets. Ensure order accuracy and alignment with documented customer requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise healthcare organizations, with a strong preference for a background in healthcare compliance or EHS/OHS.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, including articulating, listening, and questioning, to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM and SaaS sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and strong time management skills.
  • Foundational understanding of healthcare systems, IT environments, and the technical aspects of compliance and health safety solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site client meetings, presentations, and key industry events (as needed).
