About the role
- Own and drive the end-to-end design process for our mobile application, within your squad,, from initial research and ideation through to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery.
- Collaborate with multiple squads, working closely with engineers and product managers to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience across the entire Propeller platform.
- Champion and conduct customer research to deeply understand user needs, translating insights into powerful and effective design solutions.
- Act as a key voice for design within the mobile squad, advocating for the user and contributing to the overall product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in product design, ideally with a focus on mobile applications in a production environment.
- A deep understanding of the differences between web and mobile design patterns and a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft mobile-first experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with proven experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers to inform your design process.
- Expert proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
