Solutions Engineer

• You will work closely with the sales team, helping to support the technical side of our products and advising new and existing customers on how to implement Propeller’s solutions, in addition to other elements of the sales cycle.
• You will work alongside an account executive (AE) during each sales process, including sales enablement and technical support, while the salesperson focuses on the customer value.
• Your goal is to lead the customer through technical understanding to the value of Propeller in their day-to-day solution.
• The success of this mission depends on your ability to think critically and quickly during demonstrations and ask thoughtful questions to drive the value of Propeller towards the customers' opportunities to improve.
• Provide demo experiences for customers based on the sales team and your knowledge from discovery.
• Drive sales demos together with a sales executive, focusing on technical questions and pre-sale / trial data support.
• Travel: Expect to travel on average about one time per month, for as short as one night for a quick customer visit to as long as a few consecutive nights for multi-customer trips.
• Keep the sales team honest about what we can and cannot support in data processing.
• Lead the technical onboarding of new customers and dealers, especially those using edge cases.
• Proactively provide customer feedback about our products to teams across the organization.
• Clearly articulate technical answers in writing, on the phone, or in person.
• Build and maintain technical documentation as it relates to supported products.
• Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training, and share knowledge with sales engineering.

Customer Success Manager

• Your mission is to empower our customers to maximize the value from our product, turning successful adoption into lasting partnerships.
• The Customer Success Manager will be the primary driver of this success, directly impacting revenue retention by proactively ensuring customer health and satisfaction, and fostering account growth through identifying and realizing upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Ultimately, you will be key to transforming customer relationships into a powerful engine for mutual growth and sustainable business success.
• Customer Lifecycle & Adoption:
• Serve as the primary relationship owner, guiding customers through adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Drive engagement by ensuring customers effectively leverage Propeller’s platform and tools (platform workflows, 3D mapping, GIS integrations, site/stockpile measurements, progress reporting, mobile app use cases, DirtMate adoption).
• Proactively educate customers on new features, under-utilized tools, and product updates to increase adoption and impact.
• Manage and own product roadmap reviews with customers to align on goals, showcase value, and identify opportunities for continued partnership.
• Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining strong industry and product knowledge, helping customers translate data into meaningful business outcomes.
• Retention & Value Delivery:
• Maintain strong customer relationships that ensure high adoption, satisfaction, and measurable ROI.
• Proactively identify risks and mitigate churn and contraction through data-driven insights and engagement.
• Track customer health (logins, uploads, feature usage) to ensure customers are on track with their license entitlements.
• Ensure customers achieve their stated goals and business outcomes, adjusting engagement strategies as needed.
• Maintain 90%+ Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) across your portfolio.
• Commercial Growth & Account Management:
• Own an annual quota for renewals, expansions, and upsells, in addition to churn and contraction mitigation.
• Identify, develop, and close commercial opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with channel partners and dealers, where applicable.
• Negotiate renewals and contract terms, demonstrating clear ROI and value.
• Educate customers on pricing changes, new product offerings, and value-added solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers, aligning Propeller solutions to evolving customer needs.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Track and manage customer activities, risks, and opportunities using Gainsight.
• Lead business reviews with customers to demonstrate value, ROI, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to represent customer needs, provide feedback, and help improve the product experience.
• Support team-wide goals, process improvements, and documentation to scale customer success and commercial impact.

Revenue Operations

• We’re looking for a highly skilled Revenue Operations Analyst with a laser focus on Customer Success (CS).
• This role is a blend of in-depth data analysis and critical process support for the CS organization.
• You'll be the primary resource for querying, analyzing, and translating CS and revenue data into actionable insights that drive customer retention, expansion, and operational efficiency.
• You are a strong SQL expert who thrives on tackling complex datasets (usage, revenue, support, engagement metrics).
• You'll provide the essential analysis and operational backbone needed to drive smarter, faster decision-making across our global Customer Success team.
• Own the development and maintenance of core CS reporting and dashboards to track and visualize key metrics like health scores, engagement activity, and time-to-value.
• Conduct sophisticated analyses using advanced SQL to identify leading indicators of churn and retention risk, uncover behavioral trends, and segment accounts for targeted engagement strategies.
• Leverage usage, contract, and engagement data to proactively surface high-potential accounts for expansion opportunities.
• Segment customers by behavior, tenure, and product usage to reveal adoption patterns and uncover areas to personalize engagement.
• Work with product and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to surface how different customer segments engage with key features and where opportunities exist to drive deeper adoption.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior CS Operations Manager and individual contributors to design, build, and measure scalable processes and workflows that improve efficiency and impact across the entire Customer Success organization.
• Analyze book sizes, account complexity, and task volume to inform team design, resource planning, and improve CSM efficiency.

Revenue Operations Analyst – Customer Success

Product Designer

• Own and drive the end-to-end design process for our mobile application, within your squad,, from initial research and ideation through to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery.
• Collaborate with multiple squads, working closely with engineers and product managers to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience across the entire Propeller platform.
• Champion and conduct customer research to deeply understand user needs, translating insights into powerful and effective design solutions.
• Act as a key voice for design within the mobile squad, advocating for the user and contributing to the overall product strategy.

Senior Product Designer

Full-stack Engineer

• Transform petabytes of raw geospatial imagery into highly accurate 3D maps and terrain models using photogrammetry and LiDAR
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and senior engineers to architect, build, and maintain robust, scalable processing systems
• Manage and ensure accuracy and consistency of Coordinate Reference System (CRS) transformations across the company
• Design, implement, and optimize processing workflows that handle complex spatial datasets efficiently and securely

Senior Software Engineer

Account Executive

• As a Key Account Executive, you’ll be at the centre of our growth goals, driving expansion within our most important Australian customers. Your mission is to transform our key accounts into deep, strategic partnerships by uncovering new opportunities to embed Propeller's solutions across their business. This isn't just about managing relationships; it's about actively hunting for growth. You'll dive deep to understand their challenges and proactively identify new projects, regions, and divisions where Propeller can deliver value. You will own the full sales cycle for these expansion opportunities, from generating leads within the account to negotiating deals and closing them. You'll collaborate closely with our broader Go-To-Market team to deliver a delightful customer experience, ensuring that as our customers grow, their partnership with Propeller grows too.
• Responsibilities
• Drive Growth Revenue: Achieve or exceed your annual quota by strategically expanding Propeller's footprint and revenue within your book of business.
• Hunt for Opportunity: Proactively prospect into new regions, projects, and divisions within your accounts through self-driven outbound efforts and by leveraging existing relationships.

Product Marketing

• Trusted partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), driving operational excellence and supporting consistent business outcomes
• Design, build, and measure scalable processes to support the rapidly growing revenue organization
