About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the main day-to-day operational contact for regional client requests, keeping them informed of project status via email and tracking tools.
- Receive briefs, check incoming materials, and create clear work orders so the production team has all the necessary alignment for execution.
- Monitor project timelines, anticipate delays, and ensure artwork/packaging materials are delivered on time and according to quality standards.
- Help organize and participate in alignment status meetings with internal production teams, clients, and regional suppliers.
- Assist in documenting client agreements, approvals, and gathering data for regional performance metrics (KPIs).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree Completed or in Progress (Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields).
- 1 to 2 years MAXIMUM of experience in Customer Service, Account Support, Project Coordination, or client-facing roles within agencies, production studios, or corporate environments.
- Spanish: Native / Fluent (Primary language for day-to-day communication across LATAM).
- English: Intermediate (A2-B1 / Reading and writing). Needed for corporate tools, systems, and guidelines.
