About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and file annual reports and business licenses
Assist with monthly sales and use tax compliance responsibilities, as necessary
Manage all exemption certificates requests from vendors and customers
Maintain OneSource tax software (product exceptions, customer exemptions, rate overrides, material group mappings, etc.)
Respond to tax authority inquiries and audits, as necessary
Assist with account reconciliations for various tax liabilities
Identify and assist with process improvements
Effectively communicate within the organization to facilitate information

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of previous administrative, customer service, tax/finance or relevant experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, & Internet Applications
SAP or tax engine experience a plus
