- Ensure HRIS tickets are answered on time
- Develop and deliver time reports for payroll
- Work with developers for system interfaces
- Lead and participate in various HR projects
Requirements
- 6+ years in HRIS role
- Hands on experience with UltiPro WFM and/or Kronos
- HRIS reporting experience with UltiPro BI, PowerBI, Crystal Reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of full HR processes
- Experience in a global organization preferred
