About the role

  • Offer overall leadership to the assigned account team
  • Ensure projects are managed to time, resource and budget
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Provide excellent leadership and guidance to junior team members
  • Prepare the yearly business plan in conjunction with more senior member/s of the team
  • Continuously monitor progress, analysis and review of results to facilitate change/improvement
  • Proactively work to generate additional briefs from existing clients
  • Take responsibility for quality control within the team
  • Manage the recruitment of new staff and oversee the development of new team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a Sales based capacity
  • Experience in pre-press, packaging or other related industry preferred
  • 3+ years Gravure experience
