About the role
- Serve as the operational lead for all benefits programs
- Oversee day-to-day benefits administration
- Validate payroll deductions
- Create and maintain benefits documentation
- Manage key operational deliverables for U.S. Open Enrollment
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
- Support global benefits operations across various regions
- Assist with global benefits harmonization initiatives
- Act as a compensation business partner to HRBPs
- Support annual compensation review cycle
- Oversee ERISA-related compliance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7+ years of experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards
- Strong expertise in U.S. health & welfare plans, retirement plans, compliance, and vendor management
- Experience supporting or administering global benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada
- Experience supporting global compensation programs, including pay benchmarking, salary structures, job leveling, and global compensation cycle execution
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll platforms (ADP, UKG, or similar)
