- Design, execute, and optimize applicant acquisition campaigns
- Own paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Translate Propel’s brand voice into authentic short-form content
- Partner with Workforce Partnerships team to develop marketing strategies
- Own website content strategy, updates, and SEO optimization
- Manage marketing automation and CRM tools
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in marketing
- 4+ years leading digital marketing strategy and execution
- Proven ability to run full-funnel acquisition campaigns
- Expertise in paid media (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Indeed)
- Experience building and managing influencer or ambassador programs
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems
