Design and execute scalable SEO growth strategies to increase organic reach, visibility, and authority for Prop Firm Match Global FZCO
Conduct SEO opportunity analysis across technical, content, and off-page levers and translate findings into a prioritized growth roadmap with clear revenue and traffic potential
Partner with product, content, and engineering teams to align the SEO roadmap with business priorities
Deliver sustained increases in impressions, CTR, and rankings for high-intent keywords and create SEO playbooks for new pages, product launches, and content formats
Identify and scale opportunities for featured snippets, schema, and topical authority; track keyword clusters tied to user journeys (trader education, firm comparisons, reviews)
Implement dashboards to track traffic, keyword rankings, conversion impact, and ROI; introduce monitoring/alerting for ranking shifts, content decay, and technical blockers
Document workflows to integrate SEO checkpoints into content and product pipelines and ensure SEO impact is visible at the leadership level via quarterly growth reviews
Translate SEO wins into financial impact, co-create campaigns with marketing/product, recommend and test growth experiments, and serve as the internal champion for organic growth
Requirements
5–7+ years in SEO with a focus on growth strategy (not only technical optimization)
Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth that translated into business results
Strong mix of technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics skills
Familiar with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Looker/Data Studio
Comfortable building dashboards and connecting SEO metrics to business KPIs
Strong communicator, able to influence cross-functional teams and explain impact to leadership
Entrepreneurial mindset — eager to experiment, measure, and scale what works
