Lead the design and user experience of websites, landing pages, and other digital properties using established brand guidelines
Create high-fidelity UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that translate strategic goals into engaging user experiences.
Design with a mindset for testing and personalization, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in layouts and components
Create images and other graphical elements needed for a quality experience on Proofpoint’s corporate website.
Collaborate with web developers, campaign managers, designers, and other marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UX/UI guidelines across digital channels.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and web design.
Requirements
5–7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design, with a strong focus on digital/web platforms.
Experience working with established brand guidelines and systems parameters with a background in branding or marketing design.
Proven portfolio demonstrating successful design work for websites, apps, or digital products.
Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
Experience designing for scalable personalization and testing
Experience collaborating with developers and knowledge of HTML/CSS best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive user experiences
Ability to summarize intake meetings and clearly articulate designs
Experience with AI tools as it relates to design
Familiarity working in Agile or cross-functional product development teams
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance).
