Business Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Initiating calls to SMB customers currently using 2G/3G units to encourage upgrades to 4G
- Provide detailed information and quotes to facilitate the transition
- Build and develop strong ongoing relationships within the customers’ business
- Maintain a regular ‘call plan’ to customers to update them on new products
- Upsell of additional products and customer plans to increase ARPU
- Ensuring you meet new unit growth and retention targets
- Face to face customer visits as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years' experience in Technical Sales or Account Management
- Experience in Telephone Account Management or sales, particularly within the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technologies
