About the role
- Troubleshoot and respond to user requests and incidents through JIRA.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, roles, and profiles.
- Build and enhance workflows, automation, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Support configurations related to new product releases, marketing tools, and integrated third‑party apps.
- Work with connected systems such as the ERP and other enterprise platforms.
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
- Support or facilitate UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Document configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and enhance platform usability.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, user experience, and data quality.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancement work, including the Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Salesforce Administration or systems administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and permission sets.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
- Organised, structured, and able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high‑quality documentation.
