The Triage Analyst (TA) will be responsible for assisting with the monitoring of all Data Loss Prevention events for Proofpoint's Managed Services clients.
They will be responsible for escalating all necessary events to the clients via approved escalation paths
The Data Protection Analyst will be responsible for assisting in pulling monthly metrics from the Data Loss Prevention consoles to assist the Loss Response Analysts, Senior Program Analysts, and Client Service Managers with monthly reporting

Requirements

Associates Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or any other related degree
Two or more years working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration
