About the role

  • Lead and develop a team of enterprise sellers
  • Work with the team on landing net new deals and expand within the client base
  • Build a close relationship with and work hand in hand with the CS and SDR orgs to drive revenue
  • Overachieve targets on both new business and expansion

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of sales and sales leadership experience with a large portion of that selling to enterprise clients
  • Proven track record recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing AEs
  • Advanced in dealing with ambiguity and complexity in order to navigate uncertainly and lead the team through change
  • Experience with creating sales plans, territory plans, account plans, processes and playbooks with cross-functional partners
  • Proven cross-functional partnership with Customer Success, Enablement, RevOps, Marketing
  • Domain expertise, specifically within legal tech/services, is a significant advantage
  • Proven track record in leading and coaching a high performing team to hunt new business and expand client accounts
  • 30%-40% of travel required to drive deals and meet face to face
