About the role
- Lead and develop a team of enterprise sellers
- Work with the team on landing net new deals and expand within the client base
- Build a close relationship with and work hand in hand with the CS and SDR orgs to drive revenue
- Overachieve targets on both new business and expansion
- Create a winning culture of high performing, and engaged team that is world class in everything we do
Requirements
- At least 10 years of sales and sales leadership experience with a large portion of that selling to enterprise clients
- Proven track record recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing AEs
- Advanced in dealing with ambiguity and complexity in order to navigate uncertainly and lead the team through change
- Experience with creating sales plans, territory plans, account plans, processes and playbooks with cross-functional partners
- Proven cross-functional partnership with Customer Success, Enablement, RevOps, Marketing
- Domain expertise, specifically within legal tech/services, is a significant advantage
- Proven track record in leading and coaching a high performing team to hunt new business and expand client accounts
- 30%-40% of travel required to drive deals and meet face to face
