Requirements
- 5+ years building production software, with 2+ years leading engineering teams (tech lead ok)
- Current, hands-on expertise with modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and full-stack development
- Strong track record building polished, performant user interfaces
- Active coding practice—you’re shipping production code today, not just remembering how
- Experience across the entire stack, with particular strength in frontend or full-stack development
- Excellence in both written and verbal communication, especially in remote settings
