About the role
- Assist in the design, building, and deployment of Custom GPTs, leveraging internal data, brand guidelines, and specific requirements from our marketing and research teams.
- Develop, test, and document highly effective prompts and repeatable workflows to maximize the accuracy and usability of the AI tools you build.
- Continuously test the performance of deployed AI tools and gather user feedback to identify bugs and drive iterative improvements.
- Work directly with the marketing team to apply AI tools to critical tasks, including drafting ad copy variations, brainstorming social media content ideas, and summarizing campaign reports.
- Support research efforts by utilizing AI tools to analyze and quickly surface key themes and insights from large volumes of qualitative data (e.g., customer surveys, reviews, and market feedback).
- Assist in conducting AI-powered competitor and market research to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with major Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini, Claude).
- Direct experience building or customizing GPTs or similar LLM-based applications (personal projects or coursework welcome).
- A strong, applied interest in prompt engineering and optimizing how humans interact with AI systems.
- Highly curious, self-motivated, and an excellent problem-solver who enjoys technical challenges.
