About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform pricing activities for property and casualty insurance products (auto, home, commercial)
- Participate in strategic initiatives and organization-wide mandates
- Implement pricing rules and models in systems
- Analyze and improve models, tools, and processes
- Collaborate with various business partners to ensure the quality, consistency, and sustainability of solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- Relevant experience in actuarial work, pricing, or quantitative analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (ability to explain technical concepts to non-specialists)
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to share expertise
- Meticulousness, autonomy, and a focus on continuous improvement
- Asset: progress in professional actuarial exams
- Asset: knowledge of SAS, R, SQL, Python, or VBA
- Asset: bilingualism (not required)
