About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase the customer base and market share
Develop and oversee the annual marketing plan and associated action plans
Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships
Plan, organize, and ensure the smooth execution of events
Develop and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns
Serve as the lead for web advertising and social media
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
Manage all donation and sponsorship requests
Ensure timelines are met, deliverables meet quality standards, and budgets are managed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration
Excellent command of French
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in business development and/or marketing
In-depth knowledge of the local market and traditional and digital media
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and leadership
Client-oriented, autonomous, and well organized
Valid driver’s license
