About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess project impacts for the projects under your responsibility
  • Develop a change management strategy designed to achieve the targets set for projects
  • Identify risks associated with the strategies developed and determine mitigation measures
  • Coordinate activities related to the change management strategy and plan within the project(s) and ensure alignment with the overall plan
  • Support managers in leading and implementing change
  • Contribute to the development of a skills development strategy
  • Report on change management activities
  • Develop tools to facilitate the implementation of change
  • Participate in the preparation, content development and follow-up of various documents for senior management (presentations, policies, procedures, guides, etc.)
  • Manage the logistics of operations related to your activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Human Resources management or another related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance is an asset
  • Ability to influence others
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
