About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and optimize personal insurance sales activities
- In collaboration with their immediate supervisor, propose and implement strategies to achieve the business plan.
- Mobilize, supervise and develop a team of personal property and casualty (P&C) insurance agents — business development
- Analyze performance indicators and recommend improvement strategies
- Implement initiatives that promote growth and the attainment of objectives
- Work cross-functionally to optimize the customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold a college diploma (DEC) or a college-level certificate (AEC) in Insurance Advisory and Financial Services.
- Have 8 years of relevant insurance experience.
- Hold a valid AMF license for personal property and casualty insurance (a general property & casualty insurance license is an asset).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in people management.
