About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the procurement and assignment of documents for both the pharmacy and nursing departments
- Fax/email documents that require signatures
- Phone calls in 48 hours to confirm receipt
- Tracking all documents: (Prescriptions, Physician orders, Lab Orders)
- Follow up on documents not returned
- Scan all documents and attach to patient record in CPR record management system
- Confirm Enteral department delivery tickets for CPR+ patients
- Reports and Tracking for returned delivery tickets and signatures
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Healthcare service experience is a major advantage
- Must have good communication skills: Telephone, email, and interoffice communications
- Must have good PC skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite of products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CPR+ is preferred
