About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow existing accounts by proactively upselling additional licenses and cross-selling new products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
- Present Prompt’s suite of products (Prompt Kiosk, Prediction Health, Onus One, PT Wired, Prompt BI) to demonstrate value and ROI.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with CSMs to identify whitespace, showcase value, and strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with Client Success and Sales to ensure aligned strategies for account health and growth.
- Accurately forecast opportunities, track pipeline, and maintain up-to-date records in CRM.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), project management software, and analytics dashboards.
