Account Executive, Chiropractic
Prompt Therapy Solutions IncAccount Executive building relationships and driving sales of EHR software for chiropractic practices. Working within a talented team to deliver healthcare solutions with positive impacts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage relationships with key healthcare accounts, including chiropractic clinics and practices, and develop a deep understanding of their EHR needs.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and client interactions.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and development teams to create and deliver compelling EHR product demonstrations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales management team on sales pipeline and revenue projections.
- Self-generate pipeline via outbound efforts while also managing inbound leads.
- Ensure timely delivery of our EHR software products and services to customers.
- Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on Chiropractic software solutions.
- Demonstrated experience selling software to or working directly with chiropractic practices is highly preferred.
- Bonus experience includes: currently or formerly working as a licensed Chiropractor, or experience in a chiropractor's office/billing environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients at all levels.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to occasional conferences throughout the year.
