About the role
- Building strong partnerships with engineering leaders to understand technical needs and hiring priorities.
- Owning full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview facilitation, and offer negotiation.
- Using advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage passive talent across LinkedIn, GitHub, technical communities, and referrals.
- Conducting thoughtful technical screens to assess candidate depth, experience, and alignment with team expectations.
- Managing pipelines, communications, and candidate progress with precision inside our ATS.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience grounded in responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- You bring 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally hiring software engineers in high-growth environments.
- You have demonstrated success filling complex, senior, or hard-to-hire engineering roles.
- You’re an expert sourcer who knows how to uncover and engage top passive talent.
- You’re comfortable discussing technical concepts and partnering with engineering leaders.
- You operate with ownership, speed, and accountability, and manage your pipelines with exceptional attention to detail.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and you enjoy being an IC who delivers high-volume, high-quality recruiting output.
