About the role

  • Complete accounting for multiple subsidiaries using DATEV
  • Independently manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Responsible for accurate recording, verification, and posting of business transactions
  • Preparation of VAT prepayments and the EC Sales List (Zusammenfassende Meldung)
  • Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts and monitoring of open items
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines
  • Support and participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
  • Management of dunning processes, including correspondence with the collection agency
  • Handling tax-related inquiries

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
  • Proficient in DATEV
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Meticulous, structured, and able to work independently
  • High level of loyalty, discretion, and team orientation
  • Hands-on mentality and a strong sense of initiative
  • Willingness to learn new topics and take on responsibility
