Lead strategic IT and digital projects — from concept through implementation to measurable business impact
Automate and digitize sales processes — e.g., quote logic, CRM workflows, lead and customer data processes
Evolve and enhance our e-commerce platform — with a focus on conversion, performance, personalization, and scalability
Utilize AI and generative AI — including for product data, content, marketing campaigns, and customer communications
Orchestrate the system landscape — integrate ERP, CRM, shop, and BI systems into efficient automation and AI workflows
Support sales enablement — develop IT solutions that make the sales team faster, more data-driven, and more successful
Collaborate with business units and partners — closely coordinate with sales and marketing and manage external service providers and agencies
Help shape strategy and roadmap — assess and prioritize technology trends and translate them into concrete, measurable projects

Requirements

Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in an e-commerce or sales-oriented environment
Understanding of sales, marketing, and e-commerce processes and their technical implementation
Experience with CMS platforms such as Magento and WordPress
Structured, self-directed way of working and a strong sense of prioritization
Strong communication skills — able to confidently bridge between technical and business stakeholders
Very good German and good English skills
