About the role
- Monitor inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats
- Become a product expert in the Promoboxx platform
- Conduct 1:1 platform training
- Support internal team members with platform questions or technical difficulties
- Own Support inboxes and utilize template base replies and AI to respond to user inquiries
- Make outgoing calls to train Retailers 1:1 per request
- Answer general questions about the Promoboxx platform and its functionality for external and internal users
- Assist with other necessary work as needed
- Pursue growth within the company toward Onboarding/Implementation Specialist or Customer Success Manager roles
Requirements
- Entry-level role
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Extremely strong communication skills
- Internal motivation to do your best work every time
- A technologically inclined mind
