About the role

  • Monitor inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats
  • Become a product expert in the Promoboxx platform
  • Conduct 1:1 platform training
  • Support internal team members with platform questions or technical difficulties
  • Own Support inboxes and utilize template base replies and AI to respond to user inquiries
  • Make outgoing calls to train Retailers 1:1 per request
  • Answer general questions about the Promoboxx platform and its functionality for external and internal users
  • Assist with other necessary work as needed
  • Pursue growth within the company toward Onboarding/Implementation Specialist or Customer Success Manager roles

Requirements

  • Entry-level role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Extremely strong communication skills
  • Internal motivation to do your best work every time
